Docuseal

DocuSeal is used by Udext to enable electronic document signing within the platform. It allows users to send documents for signature, track signing status, and securely store completed agreements.

Finch

Finch is used by Udext to securely access and sync employee data from connected HR systems. Through Finch, Udext retrieves information such as employee profiles and organizational data to keep contact lists up to date. This enables automated updates and reduces the need for manual data management within the platform.

Amazon Web Services

Udext uses Amazon Web Services to host and operate its platform, including application servers, databases, and file storage. AWS also supports background processing, deployment pipelines, and monitoring to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is used by Udext to generate AI-powered voice content, such as converting text-based messages into natural-sounding speech for voice broadcasts or voicemail features. This enables users to deliver messages in an audio format, enhancing accessibility and engagement.

Github

GitHub provides Udext with source code management and version control, enabling the team to collaborate on code, track changes, and manage repositories. It also supports development workflows through features like pull requests, code reviews, and issue tracking. Additionally, GitHub integrates with CI/CD pipelines to help automate testing and deployment processes.

Google Cloud

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a suite of cloud computing services offering compute, storage, networking, databases, AI/ML, and developer tools running on Google's global infrastructure.

Intercom

Intercom provides Udext with customer communication and support tools, including live chat, automated messaging, and user engagement features. It enables real-time interaction with users, supports onboarding and in-app guidance, and helps manage support conversations efficiently. Intercom also offers analytics and customer insights to improve user experience and support performance.

OpenAI

OpenAI provides Udext with AI capabilities used for features such as content generation and summarization. It enables functionality like assisting users in drafting messages and summarizing information within the platform. These services enhance productivity and improve the overall user experience.

New vendors are assessed in accordance with the Vendor Risk Management Policy prior to engaging with the vendor. Reassessment occurs at least annually.

Encryption-in-Transit

Non-console access to production infrastructure is restricted to users with a unique SSH key or access key

Complex Passwords
Personnel are required to use strong, complex passwords and a second form of authentication to access sensitive systems, networks, and information

System owners conduct scheduled user access reviews of production servers, databases, and applications to validate internal user access is commensurate with job responsibilities.
